Why do you think the Saudis, Dubai and Blackwater contributed to Clinton's org??
What were they hoping to get from him? Or were they just being big-hearted?

I have no idea.

5. Blackwater deals in blood, not any of those things you listed.
They were buying more war.

3. Nobody gives that kind of money 'just because'.
They want something in return.

4. Or what favor were the returning.
It could be things that have already been done. It will make me watch carefully when our next SoS is dealing with the Saudis, India and Blackwater, though.

It is especially problematic, IMO, that one of the first serious issues facing the next SoS will be the turmoil between India and Pakistan. How can she be a neutral mediator at the table, not that any US official portends to be. I can see Pakistan feeling that the talks will be unfair.

gave money to Clinton because the really like and respect the guy... I am quite serious about that. He is a rockstar here. He visits regularly and always speaks to packed houses. Emiratis love Clinton.

I can't speak for Blackwater and the Saudis.

13. Then there's that little matter of their large stake in BCCI - and BCCI matters were deep-sixed
for GHWBush and his powerful cronies throughout the 90s. Ended up GREAT for Bill and the Bushes, the Dubai and Saudi royals, Marc Rich, AQ Khan and many other BCCI thugs and operatives. Not so good for the Dem party, the 9-11 families, the nation and the rest of the world, though.

8. Maybe because Bill Clinton has been such a major player
in the unfettered corporatization of the planet that has so well benefited the Saudis, Dubai and Blackwater?

Is this a trick question?
