A letter I wrote to my mom...
I want to make sure she votes for Kerry this election. Her TV viewing habits have me worried, as she seems to prefer Fox News. "Mohammed" is my new roommate.

Feel free to pass this argument on to others if you so desire.

I wanted to show you this article to show you how bad things are actually going in Iraq. I figure you don't get much perspective when you watch cable news. I feel really bad for Mohammed. He hasn't and can't see his family in three years. They live in Baghdad, and he cannot talk to most of them. The unemployment rate is 70%, the desertion rate for the new Iraqi "army" is 80%, and many parts of Iraq have no running water or electricity. Mohammed can't stand it when he watches Fox News and they have angry bigots like Bill O'Reiley screaming about how "they want to kill us, they want to kill us." Most Iraqi people are peaceful. And their lives were peaceful before America invaded. Saddam was ruthless to those who opposed him, but he kept the extremists out of government, unlike Iran and Saudi Arabia.

This war is a farce based on lies and forged documents by an extremely angry cabal of people who have never been to war themselves. No one can explain why they are so angry when they probably have more power than anyone else in the world. They control the House, the Senate, the Presidency, the media, talk radio, the oil markets and the Supreme Court, and they are still angry. But all of them were too cowardly to fight themselves.

John Kerry is a fierce warrior. He spent his youth in the MOST DANGEROUS unit in the US Navy. He REQUESTED this unit. It had a casualty rate of 70%. He learned he could fight the Vietnamese better by turning his boat INTO the fire coming from shore and confronting the gunmen head on. When he was faced with the threat of death, he said "BRING IT ON, YOU CAN'T KILL ME!" Meanwhile, George W. Bush was hunched over a toilet puking from his drinking binge the night before.

When John Kerry was in the Senate, he said the same thing about BCCI, the world bank known for laundering and moving around terrorist money. Unfortunately, the Bush family had tons of money themselves in this bank. It seems then that the Bushes didn't care about terrorismin the 80's. It is well known that they are friends of the Bin Ladens. The assertation that Osama Bin Laden was "disowned" by his family is ridiculous. Osama was seen at family weddings and such as late as then ninties. This bank was controlled by the world's largest power brokers. Guess who was working to defend us against terrorist financers: John Kerry!

The above link documents Kerry's fight against the most powerful mafia in the world: the Bush Family. Was he afraid? Hardly.

Whether it being activism to end the Vietnam war, dismantling terrorist banks, or ending the Bush Administration's reign of terror, you can count that John Kerry will be there to expose the truth. And you can count on the fact that he won't be scared to take on the most evil, heinous, power hungry, dishonest, fear-mongering, opponent-slandering people this earth has ever known. And you can count on the fact that he won't be afraid.

I ask you and everyone you know to consider these facts come election day. It is possible to defeat evil, because their power is imaginary. These people (Rove, Rumsfeld, Cheney, Bush, Ashcroft, Wolfowitz, etc.) are cowards at the core. Their power is an illusion created by fear. And Kerry has turned his boat straight into that fear and will lead the American people and the People of this world to victory.

Much Love,
Johnny
