"Barack Obama born in Kenya!" --The Globe

You know, the scandal rag in the check-out line at the grocery store. There were photos of the hospital and claims that Obama's presidency is illegal. WTF? Now, if it was the National Enquirer............

This is so silly. There are ten different versions of this story about him supposedly not being a citizen. He was born in Kenya, he was born in Hawaii but still isn't natural born, yadda, yadda. The only one that has any legitimacy is the fact that he went to school in Indonesia and became a citizen there. If he can't prove that he reapplied for citizenship upon returning to the United States, then he would not be a citizen. But I'm sure he can prove this and already has provided it somewhere. Does anybody have a link?

It also doesn't matter what happened in Indonesia as a parent cannot give up their child's citizenship. Barack would have had to renounce it himself after turning 18. The freepers got nothing except wishful thinking which I enourage as it keeps them busy while the rest of us can move onto cleaning up this country after 8 years of the imbecile.

The US Nationality Act of 1940 and 1952 specifically states a minor US citizen cannot lose their citizenship due to any actions of their parents. There's no proof Stanley Ann Dunham released her US citizenship, and no action she could have taken to cost Barack Obama his.

The Indonesian adoption and loss of citizenship claims started with a blogger over at "TexasDarlin" called "Judah Benjamin", after the Secretary of State for the CSA. Philip J. Berg picked it up, along with a batch of other questionable claims and beliefs, and worked it into his lawsuit, along with a claim Stanley Ann Dunham lost her citizenship when she married Lolo Soetoro, (which is also not backed up by US law.)

Oh, and the one coming up is ANOTHER Obama attack one. Philip J. Berg even did a press release yesterday about how thrilled he was and invited people to take part in an on-line poll the Globe is doing about the Birthers accusations.

How much more proof do you need? Besides, I heard Obama admit this summer that he was actually born on Krypton - and his middle name's Steve.

I thought the late Weekly World News was a much better tabloid. After all, they revealed that Bill Clinton was really a space alien! I wonder what Batboy would say to Obama?

According to Kenyan law when a child is born to a Kenyan citizen abroad they have the right to register the birth in Kenya, even though the child was not born there. I think all the fuss right now is about that birth record, even though it does not indicate anything we don't already know.
