5. Didn't Panetta come in as chief of staff for Clinton after he
messed up with Mack McLarty? He was competent. That is all I remember about him.

13. I've been critical of others but this one strikes me as a good idea at first glance
He didn't give it to a Republican (Hagel) and he appointed a civilian to a civilian agency, which I think is a good call.
