The $500 dollar one. ($1000 for couples)

I guess they just want to raise everybody's taxes. That must be it.

Yahoo said the GOP is "unusually resistant" to the proposed tax cut. Well yeah, that's because it doesn't go to rich people. Duh.

4. Grand Obstructionist Party
Their share of the electorate will dwindle to 35% if they go down that road. I sure hope they continue.

6. They don't have much to offer anybody
It's interesting to watch them narrow their focus even more ever since the election. They don't yet seem to grasp why they have gotten destroyed two election cycles in a row. Instead of adapting, they're digging into their losing ideology even more.

8. They aren't resistant
The republicans are just trying to play politics with this to paint themselves in a favorable light.

They want to say that that they kept the Democrats in line so they won't be reckless with the bill.

Why we have to be bipartisan with these repug losers that destroyed the economy is beyond me. They better get with the program and sign off on the recovery plan by the first week in February. The economy cannot afford to collapse further while they play their usual political games.

Capital gains tax lowered. F a middle class tax cut. That's like a welfare program to them.
