For once, I really do wish we had cable - at least for the next few days. I know that CNN.com will carry some of the events live. I know that HBO.com will air the concert tomorrow. I'm currently watching President-Elect Obama speak right now on pic2009.org and CNN.com Live. Does any news service stream their coverage live on the web? This has been a long time coming and I'm ready to OD on every wonderful moment of this celebration over the next few days. :toast:

{Just editing in specific links to sites as I find them.}

11. It says this at the bottom of the Obama train article
"You can watch Tuesday's inauguration live on the BBC News website, as well as on BBC World News and BBC One."

4. Cspan.org is your best bet.

And HBO will show the concert unscrambled. Meaning turn your tv on whatever channel HBO would be on and its there. If not, we will help you find coverage of it the events. :hi:

10. My town is throwing a viewing party. I got a robo-call from the mayor..
yesterday. He was yammering on about it for a long while. I must take the time to listen to the whole thing so that I can find out the details. :patriot:

12. That's really cool!
Our neighborhood had a big election night party (we stopped in for a bit - couldn't spend a lot of time because we were getting married the next weekend) but so far no one is having a party on Tuesday. I'm inviting some people over Tuesday night to watch whatever festivities we can find on the web. I'm guessing a few bottle of bubbly are going to get opened!
