Bush will leave issuing a sweeping pardon. End run on the way out.
Tomorrow or Monday we will witness the last act of this presidency, the final outrage. It will take domestic prosecution of the Bush Cabal 'off the table'. The incoming Obama administration will be handed this turd, fait accompli, and the usual suspects will give their 'wise counsel' to the new administration to let it be.

There will be no one held accountable other than those miserable flunkies already put to the whipping post.

4. I think you are correct they have nothing to fear from the
Democratic Congress or the new Admin including the AG's office. Hell I would have more to worry for hosting an illegal poker game at my house than Bush does for war crimes!
