With presidents like George Bush, who needs Terrorism?

I'm watching "Good Morning" on CBS, a segment reviewed possible terrorist targets, including our infrastructure and economic system.

It occurred to me that, as a nation, we've withstood all of the attacks by terrorists pretty well, all things considered.

Contrasting the damage that Al-Qaeda and Osama have done versus eight years of G.W., I couldn't help but conclude the obvious.

I almost posted a poll, (who did more damage) but why bother?

Did terrorists gut the Bill of Rights, or did BushCo use the threat of terrorism do this?

Those around the world who really hate America must have LOVED George Bush, he did their work FOR them.

PS: it's not like I hadn't realized this before, it just struck me differently seeing the myth of fear of terrorist attacks reiterated on teevee. :mad:

It bugs me that, now that W is un-employed, he will devote his considerable resources to propping up something in Iraq to "justify" all of the Death and Destructions. Christ, I fucking hate that!
