5. I thought it was awesome.

I thought when the American Airlines rescue happened that that was a true representation of America. I tend to keep these beliefs to myself, lest someone say I'm a nationalist (I just feel lucky to be American, I don't worship it).

6. It *was* awesome, the world can wonder at the marvel of so simplistic a transition...

of such awesome power...from one to the next; I was struck by how simple the act from streets filled with congestion & grid lock, to soon flowing traffic and the American world goes forward WITHOUT of course g.w. bush and the wheel-chaired Dick Cheney (what a symbol THAT was ;))...Were to I have had *my* way he'd/they'd have been tarred, feathered, then thrown onto the chopper but that's just me adding here 'peace-wise' to be sure

Barack and Obama are a class act and I'm really proud to be an American again. That sentiment diminished during the Bush Administration.
