10. How surprising that the GOOPers gave him a B
They didn't think he outlined enough specific policy -- and if he had, they would have been bitching about how it was too long with all the people freezing.

He'll have plenty of time to outline policy in the SOTU.

23. Ironically enough...
He was more specific than pretty much every other Inaugural Address that preceded his. A reporter on one of the channels said the speech was TOO SPECIFIC in order to be "soaring," that a soaring speech usually involves a more general tone.

I really liked that it was relatively short!

As I recall every inaugural speech I've seen in my lifetime has droned on for the better part of an hour.

This one was only 2401 words and it seemed that it was over in 15 minutes.

It didn't get burdened down into laundry list/cafeteria style special interest topics but stuck to grand themes and big ideas.
