Time for a Jack Chick Pool!

You know Jack Chick is going to name the devil's minion "Barack" in one of his tracts sooner or sooner, so when do you think it's going to happen?

My money is on "two tracts from now."

5. That tract always led me to wonder...

Don't you D&D guys--real ones, not the kind in Chick Tracts--just have your friend roll up a new character and go back into it if the old one gets killed, instead of throwing her out of the game entirely?

6. I think so

I never really played much, though some of my friends did.
I just went to the conventions with them because it was a way to get outta the house overnight at 17. They were super-nerdy in retrospect but there was almost always (in order of importance) nerdy girls, alcohol, other male nerds and adults who would hold a conversation with a kid and not talk down to them.

In the land of the nerd the slightly cool is KING!

How sad it that? :evilgrin:

8. Hell, I always had the players roll up three characters at the start of a campaign

They pick character #1 to play and move on to character #2 if character #1 dies.

9. Nah. You drag him/her

To the nearest temple and have a Cleric cast a "raise dead" spell. You loose a couple of stats that way, but it may be worth it to keep your character in the game. If you're playing on a 'puter, you just go back to your last saved game.

Sometimes I wish real life was like that.
