Rush Limbaugh is about to become the spokesperson of the Republican Party
This is the best news we could ever have. There is a power vacuum and Rush is trying to fill it. Rush isn't new. Most Americans have an opinion on him. It would be like if they tried to resurect New Gingrich. Oh wait they are doing that too. It also looks like Duncan is going to win re-election as chairman.

They have no leadership and new leaders aren't being allowed to develop because they are turning to guys like Rush and Newt to fight President Obama and the thing they don't understand is President Obama is no President Clinton and Rush and Newt never were able to beat President Clinton anyway.

President Clinton was a brilliant man but he lacked personal discipline and there are bad things that can be said about President Obama the man is disciplined.

This is the best turn of events that could possibly happen for us. They are turning to the guys who fought President Clinton (they failed btw Bill Clinton would have got re-elected in 2000 if he could have ran for a third term) to fight a President Obama instead of seeking new leadership and a new strategy.

President Obama's biggest challenge isn't going to be these fools its going to be tyring to keep the democrats on message and in line with what he wants to do.

2. The problem is with the idea of getting Democrats "in line"
We've had roughly 12 years of Republicans marching in lockstep, and look where it got us. One of the strengths of the Democratic Party is our diversity of ideas. We're gonna squabble amongst ourselves. We need to. It's the only way to figure out what's going to work the best for the greatest number of Americans.

If Rush is the House leader, that aging blond with the black dress who thinks she's hot must be the secretary of Offensive trash novels that don't sell.

They're officially dead from the neck up. In Limbaugh's case, his body is following natural course through bloating with gas gangrene.

Jesus, I just made myself Vurp.

6. Did you see that congressman being forced to kiss Rush's ass today
Their party is in such shambles that leaders in it have to go on Rush's show and publicly kiss his ass for offending the great talk show host

This is so great..they really are going to implode.

14. Good God...
The best politicians money can buy. I guess Republicans like that are the delivery boys, and blubbo represents the special interest grocery store.

The end is near with these types. What a colossal waste of government.

7. This isn't a joke?
If not, its great news; Rush MUCH MORE so than newt who is after all a genuine politician. AND smart, etc. with rush, millions won't be able to face him or themselves as reps.

It really is interesting that even tho they are falling apart, they continue to have the discipline demonstrated today. Wonder what President Obama (SMILE!!!) learned at the party this evening.

9. Rush speaks to the base
Racist white middle aged men with small penises alot of them divorced most in middle management or sales who can't please their wives and have issues about it who are greedily hanging on to the crumbs their corporate masters allow them to have.

These people think that the problem with John McCain is that he didn't work hard enough to smear Obama. Not McCain didn't have the right ideas or that McCain could have been a better candidate here or there it was that McCain didn't scream out socialist and Muslim loud enough and that is the strategy they want and are demanding.

What they don't understand is that during a depression where business fails...socialism looks pretty damn good to people who did the right things in life but still got hurt by the crisis.

and Rush will cross the line and make headlines and they will try to criticise him and he'll attack them...its a nasty little cycle Obama created by saying they needed to stop listening to Limbaugh...it was actually good advice however it made Rush think he was a threat to Obama when he is actually no threat because his listeners would never vote for Barack to begin with...because he's black.

8. Good
Kiss the latino and youth vote goodbye. W/o the latino vote the dems carry New Mexico, Colorado, Nevada and possibly Arizona & Texas down the road in presidental elections. W/o the youth vote the GOP goes into minority status until 2030. Fine by me.

Edited on Thu Jan-29-09 12:07 AM by zulchzulu
Wait!

Read this first:

"Drug use, some might say, is destroying this country. And we have laws against selling drugs, pushing drugs, using drugs, importing drugs. ... And so if people are violating the law by doing drugs, they ought to be accused and they ought to be convicted and they ought to be sent up," Limbaugh said on his short-lived television show on Oct. 5, 1995.

20. A drug addicted fucker who publicly stated that he hopes the
President fails and that he is expected to bend over and grab his ankles because the President's father was black? This is their leader?

Great! Anybody with half a brain should be able to see that they are a group of low life assholes who only care about the racist, ignorant class of America. Good luck with that rethugs...you'll need it.
