Stimulus Bill and Clinton's Budget

Does anyone else notice the connection?

Frankly, I don't give a shit that we didn't get any GOP votes in the House. Clinton's Budget was divisive and barely passed...but the fact that we own the bill also means we own the results, just like WE own the 1990's economy.

2. How was Clinton's budget "divisive?" I think the R's were 'partisan' because they were pissed...

that Clinton ousted their guy from office.

That doesn't make the budget "divisive."

They went across the country calling him a tax raiser. And it worked
