4. that's a little weird
I mean, I understand being excited in seeing President Obama in person however how about at least addressing him as "Mr. President" - not "I love you Barack".

I think most people wouldn't do that but some seem to have lost a little perspective.

5. While he should be called "Mr. President," the familiarity is rather
sweet. Reminds me of a story told by Doris Kearns Goodwin in "No Ordinary Time:". FDR was visiting a town (I don't remember where) and a miner, startled to see him, calls out, "Well if it ain't old Frank!". FDR laughed uproariously.

on him after the state of the union.

It was the squeal heard around the world.
