3. Woming - although
it will receive the least, I think it should have been cut out entirely. I'm just speaking personally. We are in the best shape as far as unemployment goes and we still have a bit of a surplus.

Our two senators and a majority of the yeah hoos living here are dead set against this. So make 'em live with their ugly words, attitudes and voting habits.

Don't send any of the money here - unless it's to develop wind power and the electric grid to carry it.
