A Little Joe Biden in your Pocket
Edited on Tue Feb-17-09 11:24 AM by Clio the Leo
I joked the other day about wishing I could shrink Joe Biden down and put him in my purse and then whip him out whenever I was in need of a pep-talk. Both Jill and the Secret Service were not overly keen with this idea, so I did the next best thing. Here is a clip of Joe's famous "GET UP!" stump speech (this one delivered when he, Hillary, Jill and Bill spoke at a joint campaign stop last summer.)

(note: I have not used this file sharing service before so dont know a whole lot about it. If you run into trouble, yell and we can figure it out together.)

"Get Up!" (mp3)

"Get Up!" (iphone ringtone, put it in your "ringtones" folder most likely in music -> itunes -> itunes music. Sorry Mac users, cant help you.)

Enjoy and use however you like!

And remember, when the Vice President of these United States, Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr, tells you to "GET UP!" then you BETTER GET UP!!!!! ;)

"JUST GET UP CHAMP!!!! GET UP!!!!"

"GOD BLESS AMERICA! AND MAY GOD PROTECT OUR TROOPS!!!!"

1. Ha ha! Clio, this is awesome. I do need Joe to tell me to "Get up" in the morning.
Or maybe I just need stronger coffee.

4. Mr. Credit Card Industry?????This guy is responsible for much financial suffering in America!!!!

Those 30% usurious interest rates for poor people and sick people who can't pay for health care and are pressed to put it on plastic. Thank the VP. Those great deals for banks??? Thank Joe.

Bankruptcy tougher for citizens in financial trouble? Joe Again!

May god protect us from Joseph Biden and his enablers!!

6. LMAO
As if one person is responsible for an entire industry. I refuse to even use credit cards anymore. I cut mine up. My husband still has one but my personal one is gone. I would use it when I did not have to and then take forever to pay it off. It did not help me in any way possible. And health care is more to blame for people's financial problems then credit cards. It obviously needs to be reformed.

in their states?

I guess that was once a defense for the slave trade.

Biden sure isn't a Profile in Courage.

10. Well apparently the people of DE didn't have a problem with it

since he was in the senate how many years? I forgot.

What matters is that they voted him in and kept him there. This is still a democracy last I checked.

And I think there is a HUGE difference between banking, WAR and (for goodness sakes) SLAVERY. :eyes:

Sorry if that doesn't make me a pure enough progressive in your eyes.

14. I dare you to say that the Delawareans here at DU.
Go ahead. They have a forum here, you know. Some of them even WORK at those plantation banks. Go ahead and tell them they'd be better off unemployed for the sake of ideological purity.

I'm sure you'll be able to convince them how evil Joe Biden is.
