So this was Cantor a week ago....

and you have to watch your words carefully and don't look stupid.

Obama purposely called him knowing fully he has nothing to offer and in

Eric Cantors strategy is to pretend to be cooperative with Obama, but oppose everything, and blame it on Pelosi.

I just think he likes the media so this was just another moment to get into the limelight for his bid in 2012. I don't see it as anything more or less. When away from the Pres he says what he wants to basically lambast the President, however when in front of the Pres and other Dems he plays nice to keep up the role of being a "bigger man" with the image of 2012 blaring in the horizon.

Thank God Obama called him on it.

He was totally gushing (you could see it in his eyes) over Obama, almost stumbling over his words...and then Obama responds with a simple "next!"

12. The attention Obama payed to Cantor after the summit was hilarious

The hand on the shoulder, the smile. Cantor was a pile of mush afterwards. I think he is a sack of crap who thought he could make a name for himself by "standing up" to the new President. Instead, he looks like a fool.
