7. Buchanan has never been right in his life. My favorite one of his

pronouncements was that Bill Clinton's remarks about Jesse Jackson during the S. Carolina primary was "Brilliant! And he needs to keep talking like that!" Yeah, that worked out well.

8. Buchanan flips into mindless cheerleader mode when

his party calls for it. He was predicting that McCain would squeak through an election night victory . He also thought choosing Sarah Palin was a brilliant political move. He thinks if he says a lie out loud often enough,it must be true.
