And the fact that they can't just sing an ordinary note; oh no, they have to cram thirty notes in there. Because they're superstars.

3. You know, as I was watching the American Idol results show last week . . .

Ryan Seacrest ended it by saying something to the effect of, American Idol won't be on Tuesday, as we are being preempted by the President, but catch us on Wednesday and Thursday.

I realized how happily intrigued I was that the President was going to be speaking in primetime, and I then realized for the first time in over 8 years I was happy to hear term "the President".
