very strong Obama supporter in the primaries, I regularly said he was wrong on single payer. He should go for it, I said. A whole lot of us said it. But HE didn't say it. He is not betraying anyone, least of all himself. I also favor legalizing marijuana, but HE never said he did. Why be outraged when he does exactly what he said he would do or doesn't do what he never said he would do? What is the fucking point of all this?
