Gee, I thought we weren't going to promote the Tea Party?
I've checked the posts and they are mostly about the Tea Party.

Guess they're getting the attention they wanted.

2. Pointing and laughing isn't promoting
Contrary to popular belief, there is such a thing as bad publicity. Shining a light on these silly folk exposes the astroturf underneath their clown feet.

3. regardless of OUR rabid devotion and attention to DU...

we are probably, as a poster noted yesterday, merely .1% (more or less) of the population...most of whom couldn't care less about these f***ing 'tea parties'...

for US, on the other hand...it is of great interest to watch our adversaries circle jerk each other (teabagging an acceptable substitute, apparently)...and make our comments...

kind of a nice forum for the outlet of pent-up venom...

4. I must have missed that vote. We agreed, or you assumed?
I think you assumed we agreed, when we didn't.

6. i thought i saw you raise your hand when skinner asked "Who wants to stop the teabag stuff?"...
must have been that other texas cat...

i think i voted to have wall-to-wall coverage of these idiots, and encourage any fresh takes on the 'teabag' nomenclature...

after the past 14 years, it is somehow invigorating to see the rightwingnuts reduced to the steaming pile of shit that their 'base' has always been...

they are the proof of that axiom about stacking shit only 'so high' before you end up with nothing more than a big, wide pile of shit...

8. It is so pathetic
I went on a Yankees message board that I use to frequent, and gazed in their politics section. It was pathetic. People praying that these tea parties work. They are so lame. I don't even want to go on there anymore. I didn't realize how many Yankee fans are Repukes..

9. So, not posting or discussing them will make it so they never
happened? No one will no anything about them? These people and their tea bags will just cease to exist and everyone will forget all about 'em?

Yes, ignoring reality. That'll work.
