3. Many countries to the south do the kiss/ kiss greeting. I'm not sure why
people in the North are so freaking idiotic about space, touching, hugging, and kissing. Its really quite in-human.

6. Its strange.. One reason I love travelling is the cultural closeness you can't escape
when you are around vibrant life. Spain was amazing, and Italy.. I'd live in Rome forever if I could. I'd love to be able to travel more. I'd love to join the Peace Corp, but my 4yr old would suffer from that.. It'll have to wait a while more.

12. Kim-Simplis-Barrow is a beautiful woman
And certainly has an innate elegance.

I love the hugs and kisses that other countries practice. I miss it.

14. I thought you said the woman's name was Belize!
And why is he kissing her? Is Mrs. Obama in the ladies' room or something?

20. She's the wife of the Prime Minister of Belize
And Michelle wasn't there because she didn't go on this trip. The occasion is a formal state dinner and they're greeting each other in the normal customary way that heads of state greet each other after the first meeting. You can infer that the Prime MInister of Belize and his wife have already met Obama at least once before because of the greeting.

18. She looks super happy to meet the Prez. My husband is cracking
up at the last picture. He thinks the prez is saying "okay, sit on down now, I don't need any trouble."
That would be me meeting the President, smiling from ear to ear. She's a beautiful lady.
