And buy Duct Tape and Plastic Sheeting?

And yet, the freepers are freaking out: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2239010/posts?q=1&;page=1

They believe the potential pandemic is a conspiracy ranging from plots to take away guns to pushing through health-care reform to initiating martial law.

Here are some gems:

It wouldn’t surprise me if this is a manufactured crisis to prevent large groups, such as the tea parties, from gathering in public.

...like they were ‘blindsided’ by all the ‘sudden’ crashing of the economy last fall?

Who’s dropping the ball on all of these things?!?

This flu thing is way beyond global. Doubt the military taking over the streets soon.
If you see any uniformed, blue helmeted troops be sure to sound the alarm.

Yup. Never let a crisis go to waste.

Because since then the main mission of public health officials has been transformed to finding the best way to get condoms into the hands of 13 year olds, rather than actually, you know, focusing on real threats.

My first thought as well, that Americans may be seeing the end of these Constitutional rights: freedom of assembly (and freedom of speech) for, you know, THE PUBLIC GOOD! TEA PARTIES, banned soon on a street near you??

FNC just reported that the threat has been upped to level 4 with the worst being level 6.
Level 6 allows them to confiscate firearms I'll bet.

They've been preparing you for an avian flu outbreak. This flu combines three types of pig flu with human flu with avian flu.
Are you happy now?

Aren't you prepared?

The sight of thousands of Americans protesting in face masks would be broadcast around the world.

Would that make obama one of the four horsemen?

We might have better luck getting the rest of the world to criticize Obama’s destruction of our freedoms. The left pays more attention to them than us.

The democrats and government in general have some major problems that seem to have been swept away with the hype of this flu that has yet to kill one American.

No one is dropping the ball. Remember: Never waste a good crisis. There is already “talk” that this “pandemic” will help Obama in his quest for Government Health Care.

Plus...if this IS the “big One”, then people will be looking toward the government to save them.

Perfect storm really. Crashing economy, viral pandemic...all they need now is some sort of “accident”.

I don’t beleive for a moment that 9/11 was an inside job, but President Bush did make use of it to move on Iraq (for good or for bad).

Just in time to sneak through cap and trade and a job-destroying health care bill. Perfect.
