Here is a crazy wish
After two terms as President and a Democratic elected as his successor,

President Obama becomes Supreme Court Justice Obama.

3. Anything can happen
But he has only been in office 100 + days. WHo knows how he will turn out. I hold my judgement and wishes until the end of his first term.

4. After 8 years of cleaning up the mess Bush left for him,
I think he deserves a vacation for a year or two, write a couple of books, or maybe 4 or 5 books, and have a lecture circuit, (some "vacation"!) He might do something like Clinton is doing, or maybe...just maybe

He'd want to be on the Supreme Court, but that's up to him, isn't it?

5. Compared to the Presidency
The Supreme Court is a vacation.

Plus, he's got a very astute legal mind. I think he would enjoy the job.

7. You may be right, but the October to June time
He'd have to be silent, just do the job, and he can make millions, and do lots of good around the world
without being on the US Supreme Court. Michelle? Maybe!

8. Michelle as President in 2016? I can handle that!
I'd love to see the first woman President of the USA be a descendant of slaves.

9. like William Howard Taft
john roberts is too young though. he would have to get disillusioned by the court and retire relatively early (65) for any hope of that happening.

10. Crazy!
I like it, I think--but ask me again in a few years, after we see how the Constitution fares under his
Executive Branch.
