I wonder if George W. Bush had been ordered by the courts to release photos,
and he appealed the decision rather than release them, if we would be raking him over the coals for that decision.

1. Appeal? Bush would invoke executive privilege & national security
There's nothing to suppose Bush would go thru legal processes. Hell, I doubt Bush even ever got to see the photos.

.... because not only did * NOT sign an executive order banning the inhumane treatment of prisoners, but he sat around eating pretzels while Dick Cheney water boarded Abu Zubaydah 83 times.
