Will the Obama administration obey a federal judge on the photo release or will they

appeal it to the Supreme Court?

If the administration does not appeal it, will that be viewed as a political strategy to do what Obama wanted to do in the first place?

If they do appeal it, will the high court rule against the administration?

2. Wouldn't being straightforward be a much better way to approach to this whole governing thing?

But we have to sit back and hope that things work out. They got our votes and money - nothing else is required at this time.

And no, the Conservative Supreme Court won't rule against them. In fact on this, you will be lucky to get even Stevens to dissent
