on judicial nominees at this point? Anyone develop a comprehensive list yet?

1. I doubt they can filibuster her. I can't imagine Mel Martinez going along with a fillibuster

2. There ought to be about 10 quotes from Orrin Hatch alone regarding "upperdown votes" and the
sanctity of such along the lines of "elections have consequences" and "the President deserves his choices to receive an upperdown vote, etc.
