Wendy Long appeared on several shows yesterday, objecting to Sotomayor
Her qualifications? she clerks for Clarence Thomas. Yeah, right. A justice who received the lowest "grade" from the American Bar Association when he was nominated. A justice who has never spoken from the bench during presentations by the parties. A justice who has never written his own opinion, always "me too" to Justice Scalia.

Someone should have asked her what is her model for a qualified justice. Thomas??

1. Does she still clerk for Mini-Brain Thomas? If so, this is soooooooooooo
inappropriate...an employee of a current justice lobbying againsta nominee? These people have no shame.

judicial nominees...

Again, I suppose she is "qualified" to counsel this organization based on her experience with Thomas.

3. Oh i get it, she clerked for the most unqualified justice ever...so
she at least she knows what unqualified means...or maybe she thinks Thomas was qualified, so I guess she doesn't. Hmm...I'll vote for the later.
