10. There is clearly a light moustache on him there.
I have to feel this a mistake to let this grow out in Egypt. Nasser had a moustache, as did Assad the father (and now the son) and of course Saddam did as well. A moustache, suddenly appearing on President Obama while in Egypt to speak to the Muslim world, could give the appearance of dog-whistling to the Arab nationalists.

I wonder if the President is a razor or an electric shaver man. If he's an electric shaver man, perhaps his shaver ran out of charge before reaching Egypt, and he forgot to bring an adapter with him, so that he could recharge it with the funny kind of electricity they have in many foreign countries?
