Sestak Beats Toomey in Potential GE Senate Matchup Poll in PA.
He beats Toomey 41-35 while Specter beats him 50-39. There are a lot more undecideds in the Sestak Toomey race, which is fine for Sestak because his name recognition isnt as high.

Currently according to Rasmussen, Specter is ahead of Sestak 51-32

1. What are the chances that Sestak could beat Arlen in the Dem primary with
no support from the DNC or President Obama? I'm hoping he at least has a SHOT... it'd be nice to get a REAL Dem in there. Just curious about anyone's take regarding his chances versus Specter...

2. I Think Sestak would do well. First reason: he could beat Specter on the campaign trail,
where Specter will look feeble and frail. Second, Sestak is a Democrat.

3. well he is trailing by 19 points against a 28 year incumbent with a approval rating in the mid 50s
so I would say hes chances are actually reasonably good if he is a good campaigner as for Toomey don't worry bout him Toomey is pretty much unelectable in PA.

4. I really hope Sestak gives Specter a run for his money.
I remain appalled that Specter was promised the Democratic Machine behind him to keep this seat. I think all appointees and party-hoppers should face a primary challenge. Let the people decide.
