Walter Fitzpatrick, the "patriot" they hold up as some hero because he wrote a nasty letter to President Obama charging him with treason, (a letter with no legal validity BTW), is a former US Navy Lt. Commander who was court-martialed for misappropriation of funds from his fellow shipmates, beached, and passed over for promotion three times before being forcefully retired. Some "patriot", eh??
And what's funny is that they plan to screw up the case of one of their allies!!

Basically they believe their pretend grand juries are the "fourth branch of government", citing the Magna Carta among other sources. They're getting pissed because for all the on-line "grand juries" that rubber stamp their "Presentments", nothing in the real court system is paying them any attention at all.
I expect they'll follow these with "citizens courts", and then try to get their militia movement friends to pretend they're law enforcement. Which isn't going to go over well with the real courts and real law enforcement.

Basically they're pissed off because the legal system ignores the results of their fantasy grand juries. They haven't gotten the military coups they claimed would happen any day now. They have zero credibility and are stamping their tiny little feet trying to get people to take them seriously.
