it's should ones freedom of religion trump being able the enforce court rules or any other rules for that matter I think is answer is no.

.... seems like I read something in civics 101 about "prohibiting the free exercise thereof." And I can guarantee you every Muslim friend I've ever had who covered her head would consider that clothing.

10. Yes, but it's not blanket coverage
we don't allow polygamy or many other practices, largely your freedom leaves at your door. If you ran your around city naked I don't think it's part of my religion is going get very far with the local judge

11. Well, the ban on polygamy is just as odd...
... not my thing but if a consenting adult wants to marry a man with five other wives that should be her prerogative. And how did you find out about my streaking habits? :) The ruling is offensive and no ruling that affected Christians in a similar fashion would have even made it that far.
