12. Mine also says "In Progress....."

but seems like I got an email this weekend saying it was scheduled to ship today. I do remember getting an email confirming that it was shipped when I got my current one last year and when they say they overnight it, they overnight it.

I'm a crackhead, so I ordered mine the day after it came out which was the 9th I believe.

I'll PM you when I get confirmation and when mine arrives. Did you download the 3.0 software yet? (If you currently have an iphone.) Pretty cool.
