and they prove it every day.



Yesterday I had a two hour argument with a young graduate from college that the founding fathers were not capitalists, capitalism having not formed until 1820 and after.

He had never heard of the economic system 'mercantilism' and was certain that I was making up the word.


He also insisted that they were 'Evangelicals' until I was able to prove that was also a 19th century invention.
