7. I don't think so - I think it is the strip search itself that was sexist.

I've never heard of any such thing with a 13yr old boy student. And the fact is, women are more easily victimized. If anybody had tried to strip search me when I was 13 it would have ended with somebody in the hospital and me in jail.

If it was a boy, they'd have patted him down, searched his locker and book bag, and if he refused to cooperate he would have been suspended on the spot. I think they only did a strip search because a scared 13 year old girl is likelier to be compliant out of fear. THAT is sexist.
