Sununu decision coming next week
Which will happen first — a decision from the Minnesota Supreme Court on the state’s still-undecided Senate race, or a decision from former New Hampshire Sen. John Sununu on whether he’ll run again in 2010?

It may be the latter, based on comments that New Hampshire Republican Party Chairman John H. Sununu made to the Portsmouth Herald about his son’s political timetable:

He indicated that if his son decides to run — a decision the father expects within a week or so — Ayotte will step aside.

"I think, if my son runs, there will not be a primary," he said.

His comments also offer confirmation that Ayotte is seriously exploring the race — but she may not enjoy the fact she's been portrayed as second fiddle to Sununu.

1. I'm amazed he was ever a senator in the first place
No life experiences or achievements that qualified him to be a senator, other than his daddy was the suck up chief of staff to poppy bush. And that don't cut it. Some people must vote based on name recognition instead of competence.

2. As I recall he only won because they jammed the Shaheen campaign's phones

3. I wonder if they can get Santorum to run again in PA
A man can dream of reliving that happy moment of his concession speech again.
