The Washington Post’s Dana Milbank calls Nico Pitney a ‘dick’ after heated debate on CNN.
Last week, the Huffington Post’s Nico Pitney (who is also a former member of ThinkProgress) found himself in the center of controversy after President Obama called on him at a press conference. One of the harshest pieces came from the Washington Post’s Dana Milbank, who called Pitney a “planted questioner.” Today the two faced off on Howie Kurtz’s “Reliable Sources” segment on CNN. Pitney called some of Milbank’s past reporting “pathetic,” and Milbank claimed that Nico had “worked in collusion with an administration.” Watch it:

1. The first one to call the other
one a "dick" loses.

Looks like you're the loser, milbank, as if I didn't know that.

4. Anyone who can get under Milbank's slimy skin is OK in my book.
Hearing that Milbank called someone else a dick is especially rich.

6. Anyone who has a problem with the notion of the WH colluding with the press....
.... in order to get a question submitted by an Iranian citizen can get stuffed.

It's just that simple.

(and I dont care if it really happened that way or not)

8. Someone should remind Milbank of a planted "dick" who "worked in collusion with an administration"
and who had a gay porn site ... and had unprecedented access to the White House ...

10. Thank you for pointing that out.
As I recall Milbank was in the WH press corps when "Jeff Gannon" was asking the POTUS softballs. I never heard Milbank raise a concern then. And a male prostitute who goes by an alias in the WH press corps seems to be a juicy story since the WH press corps considered themselves the national panty sniffers during the Clinton Administration.

14. and not forgetting the fact that anybody who didn't pose a softball question
was exposed to an intense scrutiny of their personal affairs, and yet Gucky was able to come and go as he pleased ... apparently blowing off the security ...

11. Yes, Obama colluded with Pitney to get a question asked that he would dodge
A collusion that he made sure to highlight right before he tossed it to Pitney, and which Pitney had earlier acknowledged when soliciting questions from the Iranians on the Internet.

Maybe Dana can do some of that investigatory journalism he's so famous for and research "collusion" next. Collusion: Obama and Pitney weren't doing it right.

15. So Obama conspired with Pitney to be asked one of the toughest questions at the presser.
Instead of sticking with the White House Press Corps classic questions like "Do you still smoke?" and "Why don't you listen to McCain more?"

16. Obama worked with Pitney so Iranians could ask a tough question of him.
Bush used a gay prostitute to run interference and help him avoid answering tough questions.

Yeah, really equivalent... :eyes:
