7. Is this a binding poll? For Coleman, I mean.
If Coleman is looking to run for governor of MN he may want to end this now and get on with that. If he stretches it out any longer he risks pissing off MN voters even further.

I don't know him as well as our good friends from Minnesota so I could be wrong (he sure seems like a prick) but given the UNANIMOUS ruling, I sincerely doubt that he's going to refuse to concede. Had there been a divided court or maybe even a dissenting opinion, I think that he might choose to ask for a stay and fight on into the federal courts but he's really got no real ground to take this any further IMHO. I could be wrong but I doubt it. I'll have to check back here later and find out if I was right or not. Has somebody started an office pool, yet? Anybody taking bets? ;-)
