Watch Bush's PHONY Southern ACCENT Disappear at the UN Today

Bush's accent adapts to his environment. Sometimes he's a folksy Southerner. Sometimes he's a tony prep-school grad from Connecticut.

At campaign rallies his phony Southern accent has gotten more and more pronounced of late. I predict it will disappear today as he speaks at the UN.

Can someone make a campaign commercial of the amazing disappearing accent? It illustrates what a lying PHONY Bush is. It's so obvious to us - why are some of the people fooled?

2. I want to watch Kofi Annan's speech prior to Bush's
but don't think it will be televised. That should be interesting to see his comments about US policy in Iraq, right before the Chimp takes the stage.

and I am like "i still can not get over how ignorant he is"

i mean..he is still pounding the democracy drum even though we are in deep shit over there...I doubt the UN will help...my opinion is they don't like Bush they think he is dangerous and would not want to involve themselves with him because he clearly doesn't understand the problems over there.

i sound more Texan than my husband, (way more) who has lived here all his life. he tries to do a Texas accent and i laugh and laugh. Lol lol. he is an intellectual elitist, and his family, lol they raise those little noses with that texas draw. this california girl just love to drawhhhhhhhh out those words, just to irritate

It's unbelievable how little Texas was left in his speech -- a few long vowels, maybe -- and is that "AAAY" pronunciation of the article "a" something Texans do? Otherwise, no accent. I also noticed that he didn't "uh, uh, uh" the way he usually does; how did he manage that?

like the Connecticut yankee he was born to be. I noticed this slip when he gave his acceptance speech at the Republican convention. Actually he has become pretty good at affecting a Texas accent, but every once in awhile a word like this slips out of his mouth.

We need to point it out at EVERY LEVEL. I don't care how petty this is. It's a lot less petty than Kerry's hair. Bush is a FAKE and a PHONY and you can see it just by the way he puts on a FAKE ACCENT when he speaks at campaign rallies and DROPS IT the rest of the time.

His ACCENT is as PHONY as his REASONS for WAR. Everything ABOUT him is a LIE.
