Looking at Kerry's Florida press conference, comparing him to
** *'s UN Speech earlier today. I swear, Kerry looks like a senior statesman, the other looks like, uh, well,I ain't gonna say exactly... but stuttering, stumbling, bumbling, talking in circles chimp will do for now.No comparison actually.I can't understand how the race is even close.

2. race is close ONLY because Kerry used the word "atrocities" in 1971
Edited on Tue Sep-21-04 02:24 PM by NewYorkerfromMass
SOME vets HATED him for it and have never forgiven him.
Add to that the unbelievable smear and innuendo of the SBVT and you have a race MUCH closer than it should be.
I believe Kerry is about to break out.

5. he's been on fire lately
and this will carry to the debates, where I think Kerry will set the tone once and for all, that we're coming, you're going, and don't let the door hit you on the way out. Of course Unka Dick and Georgie would hit the door. Really, I am constantly more impressed with him more daily, and hell in retrospect I thikn I would have supported him all the way, he's really a bold guy and he's a comeback winner.

8. President Kerry was great!

Happy, happy day! Stick it to them. While you're at it stick it to the already lost sore ass Vietnam vets who aren't going to come around no matter what. If the press asks, just say you did the right thing in '71 and they need to suck it up. Screw 'em.

10. He must be so exhausted!
What with the Iraq speech yesterday, Letterman last night, Regis & Kelly this morning, and press conference after that.

Yet still collected, informed, and presidential.
