that would be Repug Rep. Eric the punk Cantor who was on Wash. Journal this a.m. speaking his usual spin and blather on health care.

2 different callers asked him how much he received from health insurance companies/lobbyists.

he ignored them. after ignoring the second caller the host asked him to answer the question.

he shuffled around in his seat, sorta laughed, said "I don't know" and quickly continued spinning and blathering.

what a punk

----

at the table before him was David Hogberg of the Investor's Business Daily who was against health reform.

and he bad mouthed Moore and Sicko. snarled sarcastically that Moore took people to Cuba of all places.

yeah, Cuba who has universal health care, a much better infant mortality rate then us and Cuba who produces more Doctors and sends them around the world helping people. the Cuba that took in and treated hundreds of Russian children sickened by Chernobyl radiation and still are taking them in as radiation is a forever thing.

David is a neo con propagandist.

1. Cantor has gotten a free ride as far as vetting goes up until this point
I think it's laughable that he thinks his political career is going any further than where he's at right now -- representing a true red district.

He walked into his seat -- having worked for the Congressman who held it before him, and who handed over the reins to Cantor. Cantor worked for mommy and daddy before that.

He's never really had to answer to anyone. I don't think he's every been primaried and the Democratic candidates who've run against him have been pretty weak because of what I mentioned above.

So keep blathering, Cantor, and blowing off very important and pertinent questions. Cause one day, if you're aspirations take you there, you're going to face a detailed vetting and frankly, I'll look forward to it.
