Heard tonight on Countdown that the GOP is organizing its people to be bused in and go to town hall meetings and disrupt and fluster Democratic reps who want to have a conversation about health care with their constituents. I think they should card anyone who is disruptive and throw them out if they are not from the district. In fact, card them before they go in. Time to get tough with these goons.
Nancy..they want to play rough? All they have at stake is their brainwashed ideology..the rest of America is concerned about affordable healthcare and helping the Economy Recover.
Most folks believe in being respectful even if they disagree with an elected official. This rabid insanity from the right is not going to play well in Peoria. I see this nastiness creating a net loss for the party of No - No ideas, No respect, No future.
10. I hope these town halls are invitation only. That way, what could they say if they're
not allowed in? "We wanted to disrupt the town hall but we weren't even allowed in"? "We bused in all these disruptors but then we found out the tickets were given out in advance"? :D
