pull up the over view then you can actually find it in the 1017 page "health care" bill.

1. frwebgate? I just went there (.pdf file) and got a warning -

something about a content change. ??? Would fr mean freerethug? Could they have changed the text, and why aren't they just linking to the real bill?

I'm done clicking on scary links like that. :scared:

And I have no clue what a torrent site is; I'm pretty computer-illiterate.
