John Edwards will campaign in South Carolina today
<Columbia-AP) Sept. 22, 2004 - Democratic vice presidential candidate John Edwards will campaign in Columbia on Wednesday.

Edwards, a US Senator from North Carolina, campaigned with running mate and presidential candidate John Kerry Tuesday night in Orlando, Florida. Edwards told the crowd "Iraq is a mess" because of the policies the president and vice president have followed.

Edwards, who was born in Seneca, South Carolina, will will also work to raise money in the Capital City on Wednesday. But none of that money directly benefits South Carolina candidates.

While here, Senator Edwards is also going to sit down with WIS News 10 to talk about the campaign and the issues that matter to South Carolinians. Watch WIS News 10 for the one-on-one with Edwards Wednesday night.

South Carolina Democrats took in more money from fewer donors than local Republicans did in August.>

3. Great! I like it when our candidates
go to states that are close but may not be in play. I wish they could go to all the States..New York, Hawaii, Maine, California, et al!
