Exactly what does he bring to whatever you are doing that he doesn't undo with his own mouth or his own transparency?
Perhaps the man can be helpful in writing about public issues, though you can't say that about the Whole Foods "help" he provided.
Perhaps the evidence that Washington is broken is that people like him still are sought after.
All I know is that for the 10 years or so that I've seen him on tv, that man has made me question things I believed simply by stating them. :eyes:

Turns out Whole Foods CEO John Mackey, who brought heat upon himself and his company yesterday by penning an anti-health care reform op-ed in the Wall Street Journal--has at least one familiar defender: Clinton special counsel, and Lieberman ally Lanny Davis.
"The John Mackey piece, which I actually helped him a little bit on, has really been distorted as often happened in the blogosphere where people have short attention span," Davis told me.
