Is this something that is normal and i've just been missing it?

Recently I've noticed Fox and ABC News refering to our President as Mr. Obama.

Maybe because I simply didn't like Bush, but I really don't remember that designation for Bush.

What gives?

12. I hear you. It's not that simple...

He's one of those guys that just hates politicians in general. But sometimes he slams on Obama.

He's a centrist, not a rightie. He hates Limbaugh and Fox News and REALLY hates Sarah Palin. He also recycles and gives a lot to charity, so...

He is one of those "fiscal" conservatives though, who thinks that anyone can rise above if they just work hard enough.

We part ways on a lot of issues but overall he is a really good guy. We just can't talk politics.

further references are to Mr. Obama. That is AP and UP style and it is not anything new.

Mostly after he'd lost some of his 9/11 after glow.

At least they say Mr. Obama and don't refer to him as Barry.

Usually it's President the first mention and Mr. following. Nothing unusual. It was the same for Bush.
