What's missing from this headline?: "N. Korea feels 'owed' direct talks with U.S., Richardson says"

Perhaps, just perhaps, NK feels "owed" direct talks because President Obama said he would meet "separately, without pre-conditions" with Kim Jong Il and other leaders during his first year.

Six-party talks are the way to go, White House officials told CNN.

But I think Obama is warming us up to eventually meet the North Korean leader. He knows it's a campaign promise and I may be wrong, but I think he will do it.

*note: Bill Clinton was not sent to NK by Obama, according to the article.

because they released the two journalists. Do you have a problem with what Obama said during the debate?

nothing will get done if nobody 'talks'.

what's to be afraid of in a direct talk?
