3. I would call the first one on your list
the Medicare numbers blackmail scandal.

We need to get our pundits to use the " scandal " word with all of these. And say it every day. Get on it Begala, Carville, Lawrence O'Donnell, and all the rest.

5. ditching the environmental agreement
I am having a total lack of recall here - this was just about the first thing he did in office. Someone help me.

wanting to relax the security and open the borders to Mexico, again talked about at the beginning of his term - he didn't care about terrorists then, considering all that has happened, some people may say that was scandlous

obviously drawn on political lines

Use of patriot act for political purposes in the Texas redistricting fiasco - when the Dems fled the state, to bring them back

showing war plans to a Saudi prince before the beginning of the war and getting a promise from him to manipulate the price of gas for his benefit with no thought of the American people

Refusal to investigate Saudi financial ties to 9-11

Sharing of intelligence with the Isreli government, and having one of his closest advisors (Ridge) basically saying no Palestinian state ever.
