I raised this point at an Organizing for America meeting last week: during the campaign, I knew what the message was. Today, I know what MY preference is for health care, but I know that other Democrats have different opinions, and i don't know what the President's view is. Makes it hard to work together, if we're not all working towards the same goal.

2. I have similar concerns

which I hope to be able to address at the bus stop tour in Raleigh NC tomorrow. I'm not sure my senator or house rep is even going to vote for a public option. I would really like to see some details from the Obama people and evidently he is going to be giving a speech about this next week or so I read. My biggest problem is - I want single payer, I know it to be the best, so why should I work my ass off for something that is NOT going to be single payer? I guess I would for a strong public option, but I too want more details.
