but honestly in my opinion, the sign kinda does sum up the NHS, kinda like yeah okay, were not brilliant, but we try hard, well kinda hard sometimes....

Fact is the British are healthier than Americans- score higher on major health indicators and outcome measures- and don't bankrupt millions of their citizens (and negatively impact their overall economy) while doing so.

Rah, Rah! Go America!

One has to admit- after the events of this summer, that there are many tens of millions of Americans who deserve exactly what they get. and as your nation declines into third world socioeconomic status over the next decade- it will be with some small solace that we remember that...
